An email with the tracking link will be sent to the registered email address when the shipment is created.
Is my information on this site secure?
Yes, Security has always been our primary concern. Our site uses SSL which means all your information is encrypted. We do not store your credit card information. Our website follows GDPR, which means you can choose to delete your personal information at any given point.
What payment methods are accepted?
i. evissaP collects payment on web-store sales via Stripe credit card processing. Most major credit cards are accepted

Are evissaP products ROHS certified?
Yes. Most of our product line is ROHS certified. For specifics, please contact sales@evissap.com
Where will my parts ship from?
i. Domestic products ship from San Jose, CA
ii. International products may either ship from San Jose, CA or from another one of our stocking / distribution facilities globally
Are there sales tax associates with my order when purchasing from web store?
For shipping destinations within California, sales taxes will be included at point of purchase. If resale certificate or exemption is appropriate, please place and request parts through sales@evissap.com along with associated documents.
Are products returnable?
Parts purchased on web-store are generally NC/NR (non-cancelable / non-refundable) unless due to manufacturing defect at time or purchase. If defect is present, please contact customerservice@evissap.com within 30 days of purchase
